I, on behalf of my company, have asked Tracker many times to STOP sending an ex-employee text messages with regards to actions/happenings on our fleet!! She is NOT employed here anymore and finds Tracker's text messages annoying and upsetting.
After numerous requests, (from Aug 2012 to Feb 2013) we have eventually received WRITTEN confirmation from Yolanda Pather that the name & nr was removed from Tracker's system!
However, this ex-employee is still receiving text messages from Tracker!!!
I even sent a sarcastic e-mail saying that this is like "ripley's believe it or not" because this ex-employee is STILL (and as recent as Friday, 8th March 2013) receiving texts messsages!!
Lately I am not even getting ANY response anymore from ANY of the above two Tracker employees with regards to the issue.
Should I make an appointment and go there myself to delete the name and number off their system?
I would love to refer it to one of their directors... but nobody wants to let me have a name and number!!
This is a typical attitude of so many in the new SA ... "I am getting a salary and I dont even have to do my job for it"
