After entering into an annual contract and paying in advance for the full year Stallion Security has failed to stop the debit order on my account for a period of 5 months now
I communicated the problem telephonically and via e-mail to various persons in their financial department to no effect At my bank I signed a stop on the debit order but the amount still gets deducted from my account. According to bank this can only happen because Stallion Security supplies a different name to get the amount deducted
I am simply at a loss as to how to get through to Stallion Security because my complaints have become a source of irritation for me and extremely time consuming
