Bad Service from ADT

My new tenants at my property in Douglasdale stipulated new beams at the property. I piad R6500 for these to be put in. We discussed where the beams should go and the ADT guy did a sketch of the place and everything. When I went to check the work, it was as if we never discussed position for these beams. They simply put them where they felt. R6500 later!!

Trying to move the account to the new tenants has been yet another nightmare. After sending my request on some alwaysthere@adt email from the call centre, Audrey Combrink suggested that I send directly to her email. That didn't work because the email was wrong. It kept bouncing back. Then I got Eve Munisami who assured me that she would stop the debit order and transfer the account to new tenants. The debit order still went through and I have made TWO follow up emails to Eve and told her that I am loading a complaint on hellopeter in two days if she does not respond. Still silence. I guess ADT teams are not always there (couldn't resist...)
