ALARMS SWITCHED OFF AFTER THE POWER WENT OFF ON OUR AREA THERE WAS NO SIGNAL THE BATTERY NEVER WENT ON STAND BY. MY SON CALLED ME TO INFORM ME THAT THE SENSORS FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE ARE OFF EVEN IF YOU WALK AROUND THE HOUSE THE SENSORS DOES NOT PICK THE MOVEMENT. CAME HOME RUSHING FROM WORK CALLED THE ADT OFFICES SPOKE TO TSHEPO. HE TOLD ME THAT THE CHARGE WILL BE R550 FOR CALL OUT AND R380 FOR BATTERY I ASKED HIM TO ASK THE AREA MANAGER TO CALL WHICH HE DID NOT. 3 HOURS LATER GOT A CALL FROM CONTROL OFFICE THAT MY ALARM WENT OFF ON THEIR SIDE WHICH IT DID NOT GIVE ME ANY SIGNAL FROM MY SIDE.

THEN LESIBA TOLD ME ME THAT TSHEPO DID NOT HAND OVER TO ANY ONE ABOUT MY PROBLEM. THIS SO RIDICULOUS AND SCARY THAT YOU IF IT WAS DURING THE NIGHT I AM SLEEPING AND SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY HOUSE WHO WAS TO BLAME AND WHAT MAKES ME ANGRY IS THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS??? I HAVE BEEN PAYING THESE GUYS FOR THE PAST SEVEN (7) YEARS AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT I AM GETTING??? I THOUGHT I WOULD RELY ON YOU GUYS BUT I AM SCARRED THAT I WILL RATHER SHOP FOR ANOTHER PROTECTION THIS IS SO SAD AFTER OF PAYING YOU MY MONEY!!!
