I updated my alarm system with ADT about 1 month ago. Part of the security package was to include beams. Since installing the beams my alarm goes off every other day. I have called the technician back twice and written to the sales consultant who sold me the beams but I have had no joy and the beams are not fixed!!!

I would like to be refunded for the beams as they clearly don't work and now ADT is threatening to charge me extra - for a fault system which they sold me and installed.
