NO RESPONSE TO COUNTLESS COMPLAINTS

We installed a new alarm system at our home, after having the sales rep come out and advise on what they suggested based on our needs. We explained to the rep that we have cats and that sensors would need to be "pet friendly". Two outside beams were installed which kept setting off the alarm due to ours and neighborhood cats. We eventually had to bypass these beams every night because we had absolutely NO response from the service department and the sales rep became "unreachable". We had paid the 50% deposit, but with held the balance until the problem was sorted out. FIVE months later the sales rep contacted us and said they would come and replace the beams with another type. Once they had done this we paid the balance owing in good faith. Alas, 1 week later and the beams were triggering the alarm again. Exasperated we contacted ADT and asked them to please come and remove the beams and credit us from the original invoice. They did indeed come and remove the beams, but still no credit and they have neither credited us for the replacement beams (now removed). We have been a client for 12yrs and still no response from them.
