I tested my alarm system on 23/03/2013 and find that the radio was faulty and no panic signals was going through. I contacted the control room and asked if they could send a tech out to replace the radio. They could not assist me over the weekend as they do not have a tech on stand by. We arranged for Monday 25/03, no one came and Tuesday 26/03 I phoned them to find out what happened and the call was never logged. I rescheduled with Rudi for the Thursday 28/03, no pitch. When I sent through a complaint, Eric vd Watt, General Manager/Owner, replied to me that he will personally sort this out. I was at this point on the verge to cancel. Our Body Corporate asked me not to they will resolve it. Bennie phoned me on 30/03 and said that he will come on 31/03 he never pitched. Monday 01/04 a tech phoned me and said he cant assist but he will come on Tuesday 02/04. The tech cancelled this call as he had a burglary at his house and rescheduled for Wednesday 03/04 at 7h00 and no one pitched. 8h00 the tech phoned me and wanted to confirm details as he had to program a radio for me. So they even to me as there was no call logged then for the Monday. I will not recommend Brinant to any one!
