I couldn't get a programmable timer plug bought last year to work, and the receipt was long gone. I contacted Major Tech customer care and got a swift response via email from Bennie (Barend Kruger) When nothing he suggested worked, he asked me to post the plug to him for replacement. When tested at Major Tech it was found to be working perfectly, however Bennie offered to post a brand new replacement plug back to me, which I received today. I can't praise his customer service highly enough, not only because he replaced a plug which he didn't have to, but for the exceptionally fast responses to every email, and for personally handling the issue from beginning to end, even when it left his department. Big thumbs up to him, and Major Tech.
