3 hours later, still holding for accounts

All Talk, NO ACTION. Last week I received a phone call from a lady assuring me that my query will be tended to. Still no luck and after I've spend 3 hours on the phone today literally just holding on, HOPING someone will actually pick up the phone, I can happily say that if ever asked about ADT I will throw caution in anyones direction, because I honestly cannot recommend such bad service to anyone. I'm beginning to question if there are actually people at the accounts department. I've cancelled the account and were still getting harassed by accounts. My brain just cannot comprehend to ridiculousness of this service.
