I have been with Altech for a number of years now, but are planning to switch insurance companies for personal reasons and my new insurance has a linked service. So while I have been happy with Altech so far, I am switching to a different provider.
I was absolutely shocked to find out my Netstar costs over R500 to remove, because you have to use a third party! Whereas when I found out how much it costs to get other providers devices removed it was almost half the price. I'm so disappointed, and wouldn't recommend Altech to someone based on this. You don't keep customers by making it harder to change, it just makes people more reluctant to join.
