Follow up on previous report. Been dealing with Marie and the poor woman also does not really understand exactly what Chubb did to my account. An agreement was reached that I must pay R1500 and return their system (though I agreed but did like it because its not my fault that Chubb did not debit my account for 3 months and put my family at risk as we did not have secutrity and that is why i joined ADT - what if my family was killed because there was no security, Chubb?). On the 23rd Sep Chubb decided to debit my account for R600 without letting me know? I did not bugdet for that in September thus again putting my family at risk. I called to find out why was my account suddently debitted, Liezel confirmed that my account was handed over to an external company for them to collect debt for Chubb?? and on top of that another R606 will be debitted today?? This is after an agreed to pay the outstanding of R1500 - Its funny that for 3 months Chubb could not debit my account and then suddently after cancelling they are able to debit my account using an external Company. I'm paying for their mistake, Surely this is illegal, prejudice, treating customer unfairly - Consumer Right No. 6 TCF
