No follow up on faulty unit

I experienced car problems in Dec because of their faulty unit. A technician by the name if Jonathan, from East London, eventually came to have a look at it. He immediately got very upset at how poorly the connection had been done in my car and immediately took pictures and promised to write a report.

I was only able to drive my car to Bloemfontein, as I live in Johannesburg. The car got towed and I had to leave it there as the parts were only being ordered in Johannesburg. I incurred car hire, petrol and the costs to replace parts that were messed up due to the poor connection to my car. I was even told that my car was going to explode into flames, had it not shut down.

I went to get my vehicle after a week and a half at the bloem dealership. I then received a phone call from one the Altech Netstar employees to find out when they can fit a new tracking device. I immediately informed them of all the inconvenience caused and they promised to reimburse me of all the costs incurred.
This all happened in January.
I then called the guy again in February to find out when they will help me out since I now pay a sub for a disabled device. It is dangerous to drive around without one.
