I haven't been living at a friend's house in Krugersdorp for probably 5 years now. Still I get phone calls whenever there is an issue with the alarm or it is triggered. I have advised each one of them that I don't stay there and that they must remove my number from the database forever. Each time the caller has promised to remove my number. This morning I got another call from an incredibly rude woman who decided to slam the phone down in my ear when I explained yet again that I don't live there. I phoned HQ to lodge a complaint and was eventually redirected to Solly Mkwanzi who explained to me that it is my duty to inform the house owner that he should remove my number from the system. So for 5 years ADT control room people have to me. Also, ADT has been informed that there system information is incorrect, but they can't put in the slightest amount of effort to inform their client that the information on the system is incorrect. The onus here on ADT to rectify the problem. Solly promised to get back to me soonest, but I've not heard anything from him, again, a lack of action. I'm disappointed beyond belief in ADT. Poor feedback, poor people skills and just plain bad.
