Unable to resolve incorrect service charge

Fault logged. Technician dispatched. Replaced battery but did not fix sigal relay to control room. 2nd technician dispatched. He found fault with antenna wiring. I ask if there is any charge. He reported no charge and wrote instruction on works order. I requested him to remove R450 rand battery 1st technician installed and bought own battery R200. After several attempts to get charges removed from incompetent 1st technician. ADT is threatening to blacklist me for not paying for service the 1st technician did not provide.

This situation was explained to several ADT managers but it appear they only look at 1st work order and not second. I received red threatening letter in post which I do not accept. As long standing client they do not leave me option to warn other potential users to rather look for alternative service provider. Their arrogance although they are at fault should not be tolerated. Vote no for poor service!
