I logged numerous complaints about ADT that took me for a ride when I bought my alarm system. It was sorted out to an extent where I had to now pay to cancel my service. I was sent the detail for final payment to finally get rid of ADT services after their so called non contract cash bought alarm system, which ended up me being in a two year contract after the sales rep from ADT misled me.
After the last complaint I was mailed the final payment detail from Lucia Moabelo. I have since then mailed her numerous times to ask for an updated cancellation fee to no avail. I also mailed the service centre with no response also. It seems the only time I get feedbackresponse is if I report it on hellopeter.
So please send met the newest cancellation fee for this coming month end, I will pay it and we can be done with each other and go our merry separate ways
