My alarm has been going off for the last 2 weeks. Each time someone phones me to as if they should send out a guard and I ask them to get a technician to phone me, the alarm is faulty and I want to have it fixed.
2 weeks later the alarm is still going of each day, no technician has phoned and the issue is still unresolved.
I phoned to cancel my contract and had to phone 4 times to get assistance each time the person responsible is in a meeting or on a smoke break. No one apologized for the inconvenienced and I just received the info where the cancellation request should be sent to. And there is a month cancellation policy so I have to pay another month for a service I am not receiving. At night I don't even put my alarm on any more. I am tired of waking up at 02:00... I will make sure all my friends, family and future friends know not to make use of your services ever.
