In 2011, we joined Apcan Risk Management after our supplier at that time became uninterested in giving any service. Dawie was the sales rep who we had our initial meeting with, promising the world we expexted miracles, boy what a dissapointment as the promises were only lip service. After a number of phonecalls wemanaged to get through to a Mr Piet Ungerer, what a pleasant experience dealing with someone who goes out of his way in getting things done and delivering a service. He had our problems sorted and he followed up on the progress and kept us informed at all times. Piet Ungerer made an appoinment, arrived with Quintin at he scheduled time and had the alarm installed, tested and working in no time at all.
