I have called the ABSA PSSPF no more than 5 occasions. Each time having to hold for more than 10 mins before speaking to a consultant. In the event that i spoke to a consultant, they were not able to assist me in any way, shape or form. They just tell me to keep calling back in 7 days.
I am soo tired of this bad service. Not only am i going to the pension funds adjudicator with this, but will make it a concerted effort in taking our company to another service provider with regards to pension funds.
PLEASE ABSA PSSPF!!! I am waiting for my money which was deducted without delay for many years on end!
