Since November 2012, i have asked ADT to move my account to my new residence however this was not done and no one has bothered to give me a call. December 2012 I decided to cancell with them as i was paying for the system that I did not use. Had to call ADT again to asked them to cancell then later was called by one of their agents who advised that she will cancell the system as they do not cover the area that I was moving to. In November 2012 I received an sms from ADT advsing that they have double deducted my accoun and they will refund me in January 2013. For 2 months i paid the systems that I was not using and have send serveral emails to ADT which cleary they ignore as i have not heard from them since. This is very frustrating as i seriously need my money back.
