After numerous calls and emails i still don't have confirmation that my details have been updated.
Netstar is supposed to be a channel that makes a customer fee secure, in this instance it is all about securing the sale and not about the customers needs... what happend to SERVICE?
I even logged a formal complaint on the 23/09 to which i am still awaiting a response.
