I dont have many regrets in life, but I do regret moving to ADT. The actual service from the guards in the field is great but the service when it comes to billing queries is horrendous to say the least. I requested a battery be installed and paid for it via EFT in November 2012, to date it still appears in my account as outstanding. I have sent 7 emails so far and still nothing is being done about it. month after month the same amount remains outstanding on my statement as if it's a permanent fixture. ADT, you are in serious risk of losing clients. I am disappointed by your commitment to existing customers.
