ADT recently started charging for excess responses. I have had 2 consecutive months where the charged amount of call outs does not equal that of the actual call outs. I have been trying to sort this out with them for 6 weeks now, 10 phone calls and 7 emails with almost no response. In addition to this, the monthly premium they were charging was over R200 more than they were quoting new clients. It seems they are more concerned with making money than protection. If you are a client, or considering using them, I would strongly suggest looking at other companies. Maybe a complain will get them to contact me?!?!
