Incompetent institution

I have been struggling with Tracker and I have never been happy with them ever since I joined them. I regret the day I had a verbal contract with them. The unit was installed on the 27th of June 2012 and the unit stopped working on the 1st of July 2012 till to date the unit is not working. Tracker has billed me for R380 and odd rands for services not rendered, their unit was de-installed by them as it was faulty and they promised to send out a technician to re-install it, but its still not yet done. This is a company that is incompetent and I believe they dont know what they are doing.
