Charging me for content without permission

My Cell C account is reflecting a massive amount for some Content Service called SMART CALL.

Nowhere did i agree to have my account charged on any website or app that i downloaded.

The first knowledge of this was an SMS saying i've subscribed to some service; i ignored the SMS because i'd done nothing of the sort, and like most people i get hundreds of SMS's telling me i've won things and so on.

A month later i got a similar SMS giving me the option to opt out, which i took.

My issue is that i never actually opted IN for the this service. Browsing on a website, no matter it's nature, is not permission to skim my mobile number and start charging me.

Furthermore, as they've been happily charging me this ridiculous amount per day, i haven't even received anything. If this is a fair business transaction like they are sure to claim, then where is the product that i've been charged for?

I want a refund of this money, this behavior is unacceptable and criminal.
