Firstly, Thank you Hellopeter for such a quick response with my last report. Unfortunately on 4th April 2013 I wrote my first report about ADT Security. Within a day ADT answered and told Hellopeter that their management team would be in contact with me. Nothing happened. I started receiving SMS's from ADT that said I was to be charged extra for 11 call outs. Surely the monthly fee of R 612, 64 should cover that. 25th May 2013 I emailed ADT and informed them I that I was cancelling my contract. ADT answered and said I would be contacted within 24 hours, again nothing. ADT deducted R 200, 64 for 11 responses on 01/07/2013. The contract fee for June was deducted, I then cancelled the stop order at the bank. I have been receiving bills and statements from ADT for the amount of R 1 098, 47 which includes R 200.64 which was payed and monthly fee for July but the notice period was till end of June. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.
