Do you not want payment - I need invoice to pay?

I have been contacting ADT since last monday requesting outstanding invoices so I can make payment no response via email telephone fax. I am not paying ADT till I get invoices when you see that I have not paid you for a while give me a call as I have left about 20 emails and messages for someone to send me invoices. Your admin service is extremely bad we have been with you for a long time maybe it's time we changed to another company who wants to be paid on time. regards, LISA 021 9721114
