Overcharge customers after 3yr contract expires

Please don't use Matrix tracking systems. You sign a 3year contract with them for paying off your system. What they do not inform you about, if the 3 years are up. You have to phone them to change back to normal subscription fee otherwise they keep on charging you the price that includes your hardware. I got no joy out of them and my subscription fee is more than what you can pay for a new system and a subscription fee.
