I had a fleet of 4 cars that had the mix3000 system installed over three two years after a few teething problems system work very well. We purchased 2 new vehicles and wanted to add them to the system when we called to log the installation we where told that the system was discontinued and superseded by the mx3 so I had to sign a new contract for each unit and get the new systems installed. So we where told that the features where all the same if not better. This was not the case firstly no choice of trip taken business or private. Cant load geofencing as we had all clients and suppliers loaded so that when a vehicle stops in the geofenced area its logged on print out with names for easy reference. The website is nothing to be desired about absolutely rubbish and slow with even the fastest adsl available. Then theres the case of one of the vehicles not showing after numerous calls by myself and my secretary still no luck. So I am now paying for a service that is not living up to its standards as promised. Lastly last month I got overbilled with no explanation. For the old systems and now this months invouce/statement shows a double payment for last month and the new month. Please
