I require urgent assistance /response. I have been informed by an ADT technician that the alarm system was fitted in the wrong part of the house, my bathroom. On 2 occasions i requested it to be moved but was informed that i would have to pay for them to move it and was told that the installation was done by their service provider, regardless of who installed the unit i pay a premium to ADT therefore they need to sort out the problem and i should not have to pay for their error. On both occasions after sending out a technician to look at at they still call me back with a quote and when i tell them i will not pay they do not bother to take the matter further and don't hear from them after that. What must i do to have this sorted without paying for somebody else's mistake. If you are not willing to help and insist that i pay then please let me know so that i can cancel /stop my contract with you
