4 calls to the call center. Different information provided back to me regarding the fault eveytime I called through. Only to hear after 4 days via SMS that the issue is closed. When I test, the ADSL line has gotten worse. This happens every single time I have an issue with Telkom. This is a carbon copy of my previous complaint.
The call center is as useless as the technicians that close issues without even fixing them. Not only did they now log a new issue because but they are doing the exact same things they did when I first logged the call. When will you guys hold someone accountable for horrible service like this. And when will I not have to pay the full bill when your services are not rendered.
Fix the issue with my line. The line I am paying for.
