Tracker is just incompetent to deal with queries

Please note that I have been busy with Tracker for the last two years trying to cancel this contract since July 2012.

I am a very busy man, and every time I have to explain myself story over and over and over and over again, when are you going to get it right TRACKER?

I told tracker to please pull all the call recordings and check their CORRESPONDENCE records. You make reference to one vehicle in your letter, this is incorrect because I had two vehicles with Tracker, I cancelled both contracts when they expired.

I don't owe tracker one cent, in fact Tracker owes me money, close to R3000, 00 because they have been deducting after I instructed them to cancel my contract.

I don't have a tracker unit in my car, I have the discovery unit since July 2012, when I went over to Discovery Insured.

I copied all the people I have dealing with at Tracker, I am now really speechless.
