We've been waiting now for a week for martin to come fix our alarm... empty promises... and then he thinks he can get upset with me when I phone ADT to get them to help me. best of all he instructs me to phone his technicians to enquire when they are coming out... can you believe this.
as soon as my contract with ADT is done I will be moving to a different security solution, cause they are useless.
I wonder if they brake into our house while our alarm isn't working if martin is gonna fit the bill. he's service is absolutely atrocious!!! USELESS PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
