Regional manager Martin Botha responded to my mail on the 1st of November and stated since they terminated their services with Safely home, they cannot refund me the monies over paid to them.
When i applied to have my alarm system monitored, the person who came to see me introduced himself as working for Chubb Alarms and not Safely home, can't understand that Martin can make a statement that i should now sue Safely home directly for my money, and i have been communicating with the people from Chubb since February this year.
Martin please get your act together and pay me my money back, i am not asking for alot.
