Our house was broken into on the 19th of November 2013 and capital air is our security company, the robbers broke into our house and the alarm failed to activate. Capital air accused us of not setting our alarm, but when a independent investigator checked our control panel our alarm had been set! Capital air is denying that this happened even with our evidence, they now refuse to give us the information of which employees were working on the night of the and are clearly covering for themselves. I would not recommend them as a security company for anybody!
