Following a break in into my house EIGHT days ago I am still awaiting a report that highlights my alarm activation history (for insurance purposes)
I have 9 reference numbers for my various calls and follow ups. This excludes the number of times that I just Hung up the phone out of sheer frustration waiting so long in the customer call ques
I am still sleeping with my front door unlocked - because the insurance company is waiting for the security company report and ADT are just not coming to the party at all.
i am at my wits end!!!
