To busy to sort it out, making their problem ours!

1. Our car battery kept draining. We replaced the cars battery twice. When we finally discovered it was in fact the Netstars tracking unit and battery that needed to be replaced.

2. We phoned Netstar. Only to be told our account had been suspended with out notification so they could not help us. Turns out our car has been off their books for over 10 months now! Great work guys!

3. After complaining about this they told us it was our fault as they sent us an sms. Well done again, using that obsolete number, don't bother to send us a letter or email. No surprise there though.

4. We get this sorted, eventually, and other paper work -Yay! LOVE paper work.

5. We now get a phone call from the tech team in JHB who are going to come fix it. WAIT A MINUTE WE LIVE IN DURBAN THAT'S A BIT OF A DRIVE GENTS! Don't you know how a data base works?

6. JHB Guy says no worries he will contact Pinetown branch and sort it. We are happy now and expect that this week with no car terror will be over soon.

7. More EPIC WAITING TIME... Still waiting for that phone call, Pinetown Netstar!

8. Wife phones in and is told they are waiting on JHB still and their hands are tied. They are too busy he said
