I have been robbed in January 2013 and again in July 2013. Both robberies, ADT failed to get a glimpse of the robbers even though the alarm was activated - ADT claims they were on the scene within 2-3 mins. The cops claim it was impossible as the robbers had time to break the centre security gate, plus find the alarm siren before removing it from the box.
Their activation report was incorrect, important info was ommited and on reading it, actually sounds like it was our fault.
I have asked for the times that the alarm went off and the time the response car arrived. these are basic facts which are necessary in the reporting phase especially for insurance claims.
I am totally disgusted with their lack of service and many red lights are going off. why on the report, why is it such a mission to get times etc. what does ADT have to hide?
ADT armed response is a farce. they DON'T respond. all they did was arrive at my house. they did not enter the premises even though the gate was off the rail. To pay ADT to just show their faces is a waste of money I could invest that money in installing my own security measures.
