Last week I wrote to report that ADT failed to send armed response when my alarm system was activated.

I got a telephone call pretty quickly from them and the lady I spoke to said she would speak to management and get back to me. I AM STILL WAITING.

However prior to that happening I was informed that the reason they didn't respond to the alarm activation was that they had no vehicle available for the call out. GREAT SECURITY COMPANY (NOT NOT AND NOT)!!

Is there anybody who can recommend a company that is good??
