Inability to take a statement and respond

We were robbed on the 3 Oct 2013 . The insurance requested a statement and activation report. I am still waiting for the report. ADT sent a statement that did not tie up with the actual. All attempts to contact them have been fruitless. Over and above them not assisting with correcting the statement on the night of the they took over 10 minutes to respond. As per all big companies the inefficient workers hid behind a call centre and you are unable to escalate your issues. After waiting on the telephone line for 45 minutes i have made a decision to cancel my ADT security as i rather support a smaller company that care about their clients. Oh and yes i am still waiting for them to phone me back. Like that is ever going to happen
