I've been paying my account every month, 1st day of each month. Then my tenant sent an email to my agent stating that ADT phoned and said that I'm 3 months behind! I've been trying for two weeks to get hold of someone at Accounts. When I phone the switchboard number, they put me through to Technical!!! Don't they know how to operate a switchboard?
Maybe it is time to cancel ADT and get something else!!
