On the 26/12/2013 I received this email "Hi Duncan, Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the trouble.
I just issued a full refund back to the credit card you used for this purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to be reflected on your statement.
Please let me know if you need any more help.

I waited 10 days and after several emails I received this response on 17/01/2014
"Hi Duncan,
Thanks for getting in touch.
I double checked your account and I see that, due to technical glitch in the server the refund was failed. Please advise if you would like us to add the Groupon credit to your account so that you can purchase a similar deal off our website, alternatively please provide us with your banking details so we can process the refund for you."
I then gave them my bank details and then had the email subject line as "Re: EFT Refund - REFUNDED_BY_DIRECT_CASH failed (request #117830)"

The last wording in an email from them dated 20/01/2014
"Hi Duncan,
I will pass this matter on to the management team to look into. As soon as they have an update I will let you know."
Can this ecommerce company not facilitate EFT's???
I am waiting.
