On the 25 December 2012 I sent Intec an email regarding to the debit orders they are still taking off of my account after I have settled my full exam fee payment. on 08 January 2013 Abongile Nkala advised that my debit order was cancelled and will no longer continue. We would like to refund you the money. After me sending the Information they needed, I still haven't heard from them on the 2013/04/29. On the : 09 May 2013 I was sent an email that my refund was escalated for urgent pay-out.
After not hearing anything from them and nobody following up on the refund I sent an email and was told On 17 May to contact Melvyn Moodie on 021 417 6700 for further queries.
I contacted his office 4 times in 1 day. I was only able to leave 1 Message and yet he never got back to me. Tue 2013/07/23 I sent them an email again... and Today it's the 19th of August and I have not received a email or a phone call from Intec...
