No refund as promised

I ported my number and took out a contract with MTN in Woodmead in December 2012. There was a problem with the billing as I was charged R878.98 too much with my initial billing in December. Linden assured me that MTN were going to refund me at the end of Feb but they did not. I spoke to him this week and he promised to email me proof that I was supposed to get the refund. I didn't receive the email and made several calls to remind him on Thurs and Fri of this last week. Still no email and I am getting very frustrated. Please will you make contact with him and get MTN to do the refund without further delay. They billed me for service that I did not get and I just want them to refund me. I have tried calling the call centre, but no one there can help me either. I regret taking out the MNT contract as I cannot get my hold of anyone to help me and even Linden who is the manager of the Woodmead branch cannot even send me an email. I just want them to refund me as promised and I don't have time to keep phoning Linden every day and still not get the refund
