On the 5 Decenber 2012 i met ADT sales person and tooknher number and on the 7th i phoned her and made a 18:00 appointment and she did not make it and she didn't even bother to call and inform. I met another one on thje very same day and his name is blessing, we completed the application form to gather with my wife and told him that Lorreta was surposed to be here and she did not pitch. Blessing told me that the cost will be R336, 30and we signed the deal, i was told that the installation will be made 4 days from today. I took a day off work and waited for nothing from them and they didn't even bother to let me know what was happening and when inphone them their phones go to voice mail afte a day i phoned head office and i was advised that the know nothing about my application and a lady sentbme an email her surname is Faula and she gave me details. After tha i wa phoned by a rude lady from JDS security and i also spoke to he boss who also became rude an told me that my instalment is going to be R480 and was forcing me to sign a new contract and their alarm system up to today is still not working 100% after spending on phone calls and wasted petrol because of false alarms
