Deposit paid, No installation

Deposit paid early March 2013, thereafter only received excuses why installation cannot take place. Land line not working, cell number go directly to voicemail. Only contact via email, or when they phone me.

I've send an email demanding an installation date, otherwise I'll go the legal route...
