I bought a new vehicle at the end of last year (2012) and phone tracker to arrange for the swopping of the skytrax unit from the old to the new. After almost 3 times that I phone in to arrange for the swopping I still sit without a tracking unit in my new vehicle. They do not come back to you at all. That after I hold the line for almost 30 minutes every time I phone the call centre. I am considering to switch to another tracking company. Surely with this bad service they will not be able to take back tomorrow. How will they be able to recover your vehicle if they cannot even swop tracking units?
