Tracker unit is supposed to be removed from vehicle... and put into another vehicle. it was not removed as the vehicle is still on my skytrax system. each person from call centre has different excuse on says its out another asks if i would like to schedule a removal. or they just pass the call from one per to the next. why am i paying for the unit on someones elses vehicle and why am i being charged for a second unit when i requested a swop over???
