Cancellation of contract

In September 2010 I bought a new car, a Kia Sorento and I asked Ctrack to install their tracking device. I then went to fetch my car from the garage, on arrival home I was informed by my neighbors children that the brake light on the right was not working. I took the car back to Kia the following morning ang they had the car checked. They replaced the light many times, tried to check the fault in vain, until ultimately they had to get their senior technician from Korea into the country this was in January 2011 when they ultimately found out that the problem was the tracking device. The technician for Ctrack was there and he saw what was happening, he was asked to remove the unit and I then took my business to another company. Digicore was informed about the problem and that their unit has been removed, up to today they are still deducting from my account. I have tried in many different ways to communicate with them to stop their deductions as their unit was removed in January 2011 in vain. Please help!!! 'n
