In December, Altech Netstar debited my account for 2 months in error, a mistake that had nothing to do with me. I have been paying by debit order from July 2010. They sent me a message of apology and said that they were correcting the error. In January, my account was not debited for an instalment to correct Decembers error. Today I got an sms to say that I am in arrears and I must bring my account up to date. I phoned their accounts department and they told me that I am not in arrears. They must get their facts right before sending out messages to clients!
