Cancellation not processed

I cancelled my account in March 2013, Altech has been debiting my account monthly and been calling and leaving messages for somebody to call me and no one is calling back yet i'm receiving statements that my account is in arrears. i don't want this bad service and bad attitude. i want my account cancelled and the money debited to be reversed in my account immediately.
